  1. Hello! Here is some thoughts from a few of our stutends in Dallas!Sondra Patton:A most enjoyable event with a wide variety of people from novice interest in dream interpretation to the very experienced lucid dreamer. The documentary was very thought provoking, causing wonder if the dream opened Amy’s conscious mind (as we know it did) to warn her to take heed (as told from my new friend, Catherine) when her ex-husband told her she would die? Did she bring her illness on herself by disregard of the dream and misinterpretation? A great topic for discussion amongst our small group. Love,SondraGlenda Finnegan:Before coming to SOM I’d had a few memorable dream experiences and I treasured them.I realized they were special even though I had little knowledge of why. As a first cycle student I’ve logged and interpreted my dreams regularly. I’ve learned so much about myself through them that now I wouldn’t dream’ of stopping my dream log. Now I better understand what they are and why they’re so important. However, while watching the movie I realized even very knowledgeable educated people still don’t know about the power held in their dreams. The movie, Edge of Dreaming is beautiful and haunting in much the same way an individual’s dreams can be. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It was awesome how she became aware of her fear through her dream, and how she took action to overcome it. The most enjoyable part for me however, was participating in the group discussion afterward. What struck me as inspiring and refreshing was how spiritually open everyone was, and how willing they were to share their experience and knowledge with each other. Even though we didn’t use the same words, much of the time we were talking about the same spiritual concepts and sharing the same spiritual outlook! That was a profound insight for me and one that gives me hope for mankind’s spiritual future. I’m so grateful for finding SOM and being allowed to participate in the classes and events. It has given my life new meaning and hope! Thank you to all of the faculty and stutends. I receive what you give gratefully!Love and light,Glenda Finnegan Golbahar Dadyan []
